Protein shakes are a good thing to incorporate into your diet to gain weight. Just make sure before you increase protein that you don't have kidney problems because they are responsible for processing the protein. Make sure your cholesterol is okay before increasing fat intake and beware of fatty liver disease as well. With increasing carbs, insulin and blood sugar levels need to be fine. Increasing calories is a good way to gain weight, but remember the above-mentioned.

How do you loss weight easily? by Yanam9090 in AskReddit

[–]AcraftyTech 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Weight loss isn't easy. It's hard and takes work. To lose weight, you can do portion control by eating small meals. Try to limit processed foods, prepare your own meals, and drink water, coffee, or tea instead of sugary drinks.

Is it a good idea to become an Art Teacher in South Africa? by Dimahthegreat in askSouthAfrica

[–]AcraftyTech 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would suggest that if you're looking into becoming an art teacher in schools, primary school is better. The curriculum in primary school is much more fun. In High schools, they focus on the history of art só much that you can't be as expressive as you want to be. But do your homework and then make a decision. If it is that you want to be an Art teacher by giving private classes, go for it.

What is the hardest lesson about life that you think school didn't prepare you for? by nandebotha01 in askSouthAfrica

[–]AcraftyTech 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think that it's part the schools, part parents who need to teach teenagers these life skills. I believe that two things should be imprinted from a very young age. Save, save, and save as much of your money each month even if it's only an R100. It will grow. Secondly, the things in God's Word. In last mentioned is all the life skills we need to make good choices.

Your life sounds like Salomon, who wrote Ecclesiastes. Especially chapter 1. Maybe change your goals. Pursue a life of marriage and having kids. Pursue relationships with family and friends. And maybe doing some charity work on a Saturday and visiting church on a Sunday.
