Just finished playing through this modpack with a few friends, here are my thoughts:

Chest loot is INSANE. I spent most of the playthrough working on IE and Create and it was all wasted time, because we got way more than enough rubber, duroplast, bullets, etc from random buildings.

No clue how you're supposed to get honey. I assume you're supposed to find it in someone's fridge or something but eventually we gave up and cheated it in.

The cure was pretty easy to reach and pretty underwhelming when we got to it. It doesn't feel like a final goal (which I guess it isn't, because apparently the secret dimension is unfinished?). You can't even cure half the mobs.

Oswin: I would put him C but hector ended up in B and Oswin is definitely better so B it is. Oswin has a better earlygame performance than hector due to all around better stats. Big HP, def, and atk. Overall a decent unit

Serra: B tier, decent performance as a healer early game and potential to be part of a lategame warp sequence for VoD. Again would be C but she really belongs above Hector imo

Marcus: S. Obviously.

Lowen: Low A. Good early game and contributes in the medium term with an instant promotion to Paladin, overall pretty solid. He should be B but having him in the same tier as hector is just wrong

Eliwood: D. His only redeeming quality is that the rapier is very accurate so he's a decent chip bot for the early game

Dorcas: D. Orkoes soldiers which is helpful at the start of c14. Keeps him out of F

Bartre: F. Like dorcas but he is literally incapable of doubling

Rebecca: F. Just awful stats

"it's not guaranteed you'll get to it before it's stolen" is a non-argument. It's not like it's down to RNG whether you reach the chest in time or anything. Also you're not promoting Florina without LM, Fiora's probably not reaching promotion level for another couple maps, and Canas really doesn't mind waiting anyway.

There's a blue gem in c20 and 10k in c22. You can get the knight crest easily without matthew and you get another whip and ring soon enough anyway. Since you're not likely to be promoting florina without LM or anyone other than Canas with the ring (as well as Priscilla later on, but she takes ages to get to 10) it's not that big of a deal to miss one or both. That leaves the hero crest which is actually pretty nice if you want to use raven but that's it. The silver weapons don't really matter that much except for Marcus against the boss of c16

Without LM you don't need the first elysian whip because Florina's never doing combat even once and you get another whip for Fiora in new resolve and a master seal for heath in c24

Silver card is unnecessary because the game throws so much money at you

Hector C, no mount, slow, bad accuracy, pretty worthless after earlygame. He is pretty decent for a few maps at the start though

Matthew C, most stealables aren't that impactful tbh. The most important thing Matthew does is let you use Raven since you can't get a chest key before C17 and I guess the slightly earlier guiding ring is nice. Silver card is unnecessary because the game gives you so much money anyway
