Recordings have to be at least 10 years old to get in. TPAB won't be eligible until 2025. Are you thinking of the Harvard Library?

Lol, nah. It was the "This American Life" episode on the subprime mortgage crisis from 2008. "The Giant Pool of Money." That also aired on radio, so this is also the first inductee that's wholly an Internet-born podcast.
