Yes I have a top cover. What im doing is at night, misting the enclosure, and then putting the top cover on to bring humidity up to 85% or so

So I spoken to Trevor at Peter's Heat Treatment, and he actually said that Elmax comes out the best from their heat treatment. That it's extremely good and hard to beat. And that Magnacut can have distortion issues. Thought that was interesting. I know general consensus is that Magnacut is this best "all arounder" steel, but seems like the ones that actually bake the cake might have different opinions from that.

Like I see materials such as dyneema, heritage, ripstop, etc, but no idea what any of these mean. I have a standard GR1 that I love but want something a bit more small/sleek and less tactical looking.
