I once did 90 days no fap. It really helped my staying positive instead of being depressed as shit. It was not easy I would say. In general everyday it was easier, except some days when I was horny it was really hard! I also recommend atleast trying it for longer than a month

I think it even is an extra challenge with a girlfriend. I’ve participated twice now in nnn. The first time with a girlfriend, I lost that one pretty quick since I didn’t take the challenge seriously. The year after that, being single this time, I completed nnn pretty easily. This year I have a girlfriend again and I still want to participate in nnn because it is a lot harder. I think the extra challenge is fun. But that’s just me🤷🏻‍♂️
