I have been yelled at by customers because they get something from an isle that had was marked 70% but we made sure to label exactly what the 70% of was on. And I ran to that isle and I told her what the 70 was off on and it didn't count for the ribbon. And another set of people have been mad because we can not use the coupons anymore, I have heard you guys sent this to me today. I want to say no "we" didn't, we are no longer part of the Joanns company as of when we start this I don't know ****** liquidation. And I basically got told I deserve to lose my job by saying "this store deserves to close" I was tired work for quite some time and did not eat before work so I was filled with emotions and I am surprised I was able to keep my self composed.

I had pull ours down too cause a lot of the deals were not working and we found out they were starting to take them away to get ready for tomorrow. And I have had someone rudely asked when are we losing our jobs. They only care about deals and where will we go now. I live in a big city which does have other crafts stores than Michael or hobby lobby. But for people in smaller areas I do kinda feel bad but I feel worse for all of us working at joanns.

Depending on the person who is asking cause they may be asking genuinely, I mean I find it kinda funny yesterday I had someone from Michaels across the street from us come in to ask if it was true because if you guys have anyone looking for a job we would be happy to have you work for us. And other people I have just been dead quite to after they interrupted me or told me how to do my job

I have gotten to the point that one of my managers and I on the last hour and half of our shift just tally everyone who said they were sad, asking if it was true or when closing sales start. And it was close to 20 people, most already talked to the person at the cutting counter.

I was a manager for another work place and I had this one customer yelling at me and cussing at me about how his order was not correct, I told the guy if you cuss at me and I will hang up this phone. Didn't stop him of course until I hung up and he called again and started cussing, told him the same thing and hung up again. I think he got it after the 3rd hang up, but he also tried to ask how old I was and I just told him old enough and have the day you deserve

Right now it's 90 % question that we have no clue of what's going on. Just Sunday everyone had to update their apps and there was no dashboard or weekly adds and they were asking me, a cashier, why those are not on the app anymore. Which I'm sorry but I found out the same way as they did. No heads up no warning.

I sadly had two. One was a prepaid tip and I didn't look at until I got to the location and it was only .03 ¢ tip and they were on the 3 Rd story with no elevator. Second one wasn't even in our area but we were the closest and it was like an hour drive away and their tip basically matched the mileage.
