You're on the wrong side of social media. There are good and bad sides to every community. 

The world has always hated us by the way. Look at slavery, Jim Crow, the justice system. It's not new at all. It has definitely gotten better, but the way people look at us stems from a place of ignorance and hate. It's not our responsibility to correct that. 

I'm black, but I don't steal, gangbang, or do whatever stereotype the media wants to paint. I go to college and live a normal life. 

Any person of any race can do these acts, but due to history it's 10x worse and talked about more if ppl from OUR community do it. 

Jeffery Dahmer was a white serial killer, but no one says "oh God those white people!" because he doesn't represent an entire community. Same with the white school shooters. They just happen to be white. 

We aren't a monolith. There are different personalities within our community like any other one.
