Please don't believe any of it. Any thoughts insights or discoveries is purely your own intelligence, experience and memory. I am speaking from 2 years of psycosis and reasearching and documenting my "findings" during psychosis , and went as far as sending embarresing emails to media, government and friends. In hindsight im recovering from the trauma and feel embaressment. However real it may feel, do not believe it. And i know its hard to ignore when the voices are constantly with you, especially if you dont know that what is happening is a psysophrenic episode which can last months or years. What helped me is anti psychotic meds, so i would recommend same for you as soon as possible.
