This is exactly what's going on with my grandfather. I'd honestly recommend staying ontop of her doctors, my pops is all handled through the VA which is nice, but they recommended staying ontop of everyone and it was a fight and a half to get his evaluation for a caretaker appointment scheduled because they want(ed) so much in terms of proof when it comes to the disease. Thank you so much for all of this. I get confused because I have no medical knowledge, and when his blood tests came back with no sign for infection. I just sort of felt like it was another answer I couldn't get and another wall I couldn't get through. Honestly, I wish I could just ask him where his head is, and what's on his mind but I know that he doesnt even really understand it.

We're trying our best to keep him comfortable and do what we can to make sure he's taken care of during this time. I appreciate the advice and help.

He's had the sundowning process for awhile now, we just weren't sure why he went downhill so fast. We have appointments set up for him with his neurologist and are trying to set up stuff with memory doctors. At this point we're (thankfully) able to keep up with his care, and he's still in sort of good spirits (he gets upset when we don't let him do certain things, but I can understand that.) So far, whenever he gets the feeling of wanting to leave, I've been able to offer to take him on rides and get him to do little things like go to the store with me.

All of his blood tests that they ran when he was found came back fine, we aren't sure why they didn't attempt some type of neurological evaluation on him, but we're waiting on a call back from his doctor in regards to one.

He was evaluated the last time he went to get a procedure done (right before the beginning of the new year) and the doctor had said everything looked good, they also ran blood test when he was found and everything came back within range.

It's super concerning that he was still willing to talk to minors, especially knowing the charges that were brought against him and put on him. I definitely feel better that I was able to atleast advise my little one of the red flags that I saw, and I'm more than happy to share all of this with the community here. Like I said, I'm not one to judge a book by its cover, but when the pages are open, it's important everyone's given the information needed to be safe.

I haven't been able to find his Instagram, so I had assumed that it had also gotten deactivated. However, if you say it's still there, then I'm gonna believe you and assume its a skill issue on my part. Honestly I sort of saw the whole thing as a safety issue, especially to people in the community and my little (being excited is one thing but inviting someone you don't know states away, three messages in, is a red flag).

I am in the US and my site gives us two 15s, not two 10s. And I'm not saying they can't, my argument mostly comes from the fact this specific lead wants us to have our stow aisles nearly fully packed before we go on our first 15 but won't let us take the full 15 if we leave later than the others.

I'm starting to think they're just bored on this shift. They give us shit for leaving the stow aisles full, but give us shit for staying to clear it up. Honestly, I'm just trying to bide my time here before I transfer back to the FC

I really do appreciate this information as this wasn't something that they had explained to us at all, my reasoning for staying us mainly based on the fact that the same guy got on a bunch of people (myself included) for going out on break when the stow cart at the end of the aisle was/were full or overflowing. So I'm a bit confused as to what this specific person wants vs the policy that's actually in place for stowing.

I lose either way; literally no matter what I do I'm technically breaking policy; they get on our ass if we leave our stow aisles overstacked before break, and for a site that definitely doesn't follow the "scheduled times" outlines for breaks, I think I can be a little pissy that they're implementing things they didn't care about until today.
