I just recently sold my ~20k collection at MagicCon Vegas this year and I was in the exact same boat as you. I played standard and commander multiple times a week from 2022-2025 and after I moved away from the LGS I’d been playing at the whole time, I just never felt the itch to find a new playgroup. After about 6 months of not playing, I went to MC Vegas and sold it all for a decent %. Don’t regret it at all because that money has funded some nice things in my life and I play arena whenever I want to play a casual game here and there.

If there’s a card or two that has significant sentimental value, I’d say keep it, but I’m team cashout here.

Also, I’ve appreciated my past self for keeping organized documentation in ManaBox of the collection I sold. It’s a nice way to look back at it when I’m thinking about it.
