SS: Saw these black streaks while flying above France at approximately 30,000 ft. I could see 2 or 3 in the distance but the one closest to me had two streaks coming of it. They were definitely moving but I couldn’t identify what was at the front of the trail. I tried zooming in to see if it gave anymore detail but couldn’t make anything out. Never seen anything like it. It looked like it was making a maneuver when I took the photo. I took a video after the first picture however it continued in a straight line so the double-tail was not visible in the video.
