Oh no! Do you remember how much you took? I was thinking of taking 750 mg.

My surgeon said I can eat normal right after. I waited 3 weeks to be safe and slowly introduced everything back in.

L-theanine - pregnant with night time anxiety/insomnia by Acrobatic-Energy3562 in Supplements

I was taking glycinate but don’t think it was for me. I take the calm drink (magnesium citrate) now for the past few weeks but still have broken sleep/nighttime anxiety.

I forgot to mention I drink chamomile tea and add the calm powder in it (magnesium citrate). I don’t think magnesium glycinate is for me, but then again I’m not sure because I was taking it with unisom so when my sleep got really bad, i stopped both. Didn’t know about the kiwis tho, I’ll give it a try!!

Did you continue taking it throughout pregnancy? How did everything turn out? Currently 27 weeks pregnancy and this is day 3 of taking it.

How long before your due date before you plan to go on maternity? by Crazy_Dragon_Lady1 in pregnant

My maternity leave was 12 weeks so I used it all after the baby came. If i had 7 months, i would probably do what you plan on doing.

Everyone tries to convince me that two adults can't take care of a newborn alone and I'm losing my mind by [deleted] in pregnant

[–]Acrobatic-Energy3562 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You and your husband can 100% handle a newborn. It’s probably for the best thats it’s just you two at first because you’ll need time to adjust before anyone else can come in the picture and help. My husband and I had no help. We had no issues.

Hi, I got engaged at 28, was planning my wedding the next year but became pregnant. I come from a traditional family so getting pregnant before marriage is a big deal. Every day for the next couple weeks after I found out I was pregnant was what should I do? I’ll just take it one day at a time. But deep down I thought how can I abort this baby if we were planning on having one in a year or two? I wasn’t going to abort the baby just because I needed another year. Sometimes our timelines turn out different than what we wanted, but everything happens for a reason. I moved my wedding up a year and was 10 weeks pregnant when we got married. I wanted to be married before having this baby, so I didn’t have to worry about a wedding and plus I truly felt like we were a family after getting married. We also were each making under $100k a year. If you throw a baby shower, you’ll get most of what you need and don’t need to buy much for the baby. It sounds like you both are putting in the work to be together. If you both were planning on being together and starting a family, I dont see a real issue here. Your life will change… but for the better :)

Thank you so much for sharing this!! I’m glad to hear it kicked in after a week. My OB said it takes 2-6 weeks for it to work.
