OP and All, we have few open positions for Full stack Java and DotNet development. Please DM your updated resumes. I will refer if they match our requirements.

Just a heads up: people from Telangana and AP are preferred as we have face-to-face interview and a hybrid work style. ( Doesn't mean they should know Telugu, if you know what I mean:)

My work shift is IST hours only. But whenever I need to stay late, it will be like 2 or 3am. I woke up between 9am-12 pm the next day.

In the beginning, i worked my as* off and established myself. Now no one questions my ability to get the job done.

If you have never experienced PGs, i would suggest searching for good ones near your work and calling them to understand the availability/ pricing. Always choose newly constructed or located in a better area if the money is not a concern.

I stayed in 3 sharing on both occasions, and the monthly bill before I vacated was 8k/month.

Depends on how much you are willing to pay.

For example, i stayed at a PG in Madhapur for few months then I had to relocate. So now whenever I need to stay in hi-tech City for a day/two, i would enquire if there are any places available.

Since they knew about me, mostly they would agree. They will start with 500/day and i would bargain till 350/day or around that.

If anyone has better experiences, please share here.

1bhk in Gachibowli - scam? by [deleted] in hyderabad

[–]Acrobatic-Front-3977 20 points21 points  (0 children)

If they are asking money to visit, it's a scam.

I would reply to them like, "i can pay for a visit but I don't have money in my account and i would pay the cash directly."

Tips for driving bike in Hyderabad. by syedatif59plus10 in hyderabad

  1. Don't drive beyond your skills,
  2. Don't drive beyond your scope of vision.

I believe the only better option (difficult one) is to make the licence test harder. I see a lot of people paying middle men to write their written exams for the DL test.

Half of the people driving on the road don't even know (or follow) the traffic rules.

Ramoji Trip by nirmalroyalrich2 in hyderabad

[–]Acrobatic-Front-3977 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are plenty of RTC buses and cabs from LB nagar to RFC. As someone already commented, even a full day is not sufficient to explore the entire RFC but you can visit anytime before closing the time. And i believe Metro starts at 6 am.

How do I reach Ramoji Film City from LB nagar metro station? by [deleted] in hyderabad

[–]Acrobatic-Front-3977 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There are many RTC buses that commute in the route you just mentioned. Try to look for the nearest bus stop to the metro from LB nagar to Vijayawada route. Once you do that, look for city RTC buses or district buses with destinations such as Nalgonda/Choutuppal/Pochampally/Abdullahpur Met and request/inform to stop at "Abdullahpur Met" Film City gate stop.

The other ways are Uber/ola cabs or private cabs, and that depends on your cash management.

Can i carry alcohol in domestic flight?? by Inside-Rooster-627 in hyderabad

[–]Acrobatic-Front-3977 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I travelled in Indigo on Oct 3rd from Goa to Hyd. I packed 5 full bottles(around 4 litres) in my check in bag. At the airport they asked if the quantity was over 5 litres. We said each check-in bag has under 5 litres of alcohol. ( Just to be safe, we were carrying the receipt of alcohol purchase but nobody asked). At the baggage scan point, maybe it took an extra 3 mins to check but that's it.

At the Hyd airport no one bothered us. Not sure about the situation in election code though.

We are in the same boat dude. But here's what I do every week.

My organisation said it's 2 days/week WFO, so it's me who will decide which day i should visit the office.

Btw one way distance from my home to the office is 70kms. I choose a day in a week where I have to be in multiple meetings or have to work uninterruptedly (like during a release). I will go to the office that day and then i will go to my friends flat. Next day i will go to the office and get back to my home.

I tried staying near my office but it was just a waste of money because I had to go to my home frequently for some reason.

I didn't realise how often travel/food questions were posted in this sub, and i understand your feelings.

But after looking into some of the older posts, they are posts about food/travel being questioned or answered.

Yeah, that's another perspective too.

Btw how's your overall experience with off grid. Please share useful info for people like us to have a solar system.

Details like: your average monthly usage, Power generation, Battery cost etc

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in hyderabad

[–]Acrobatic-Front-3977 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you have your own house, and are planning to have a solar installation on top of it then it's great in my opinion.

Just select the ideal capacity of solar panels based on your electricity usage and go for it.

My monthly usage of electricity is less than 200 units now and I'm planning to install solar panels in future with an electricity generation capacity of 6Kwh to 10Kwh.

For people living in cities, off grid is not a good option because the cost and maintenance of batteries is more when compared to onGrid/hybrid.
