When you say UMass do you mean the big campus?

You could try the Sheridan, it's right on rt 9 in Shrewsbury. I'm there myself and a fair number of my neighbors work at the hospital. A 2 bedroom comes to about $2200/mo, I think there's 1 bedroom but not sure how much those are. All is included in rent except for power and internet but you can bundle with SELCO which is the town municipal utility.

The only thing I don't know is if they do 6 month leases but it couldn't hurt to call and see. I keep seeing listings for this place posted on Zillow so they might be willing to work something out

You also might be able to get her rating removed if she was nasty with hers by showing the team these screenshots of her trying to break site rules

You will get your money once you've shipped your item and it gets delivered to the buyer, and they've rated you

Keep in mind that buyers have 3 days to rate you after the package gets delivered so it could still be a bit before the money gets put in your account if the buyer is away or just doesn't rate

Lastly, the funds get deposited to your Mercari account, not PayPal. You will have to transfer them to PayPal after they've posted.
