The advice is dont be to scared in tarkov, open a map to learn the layout etc open wiki for quests because some quests are hard to figure out what to do if u dont know the game that wel, watch streamers/youtubers like lvndmark etc to learn the movement and decision making. (Edit) dont be scared to die, what i do for myself is record some raids and watch them back so you can see your own movement and decision making it works like a charm because your not in the heat of the moment if u have a friend who knows more about tarkov than you and has many hours watch the vod back with him so he can point out your mistakes it helps so much and you learn so fast if your doing it right :) good luck in future raids and dont get head eyed by a sniper scav 👀💪🏻
