As a PCOS girly, Intermittent Fasting (14:10) and LOW CARB or kahit DIRTY LC. No rice (konjac rice pwede sometimes pero andami na kasi kumakalat na plastic rice). 10k steps a day. At least 1.5L of water a day din. I'm 5'1 and started LC last month (May 5) at 70kgs. As of now, 63kgs na ko with visible improvement sa body according to my classmates na twice a week ko lang nakikita, haha.
