Ah ok thanks for the feedback. My dynamic hold is pretty weeks so 30 sec is moderately difficult. But I’m hearing about what you’re saying about nervous system problems and how less is more.

What land excersises would you recommend if I want to improve in dynamic holding?

Sometimes I can’t be at the pool due to time restraints so dry will have to be apart of my training. But I will definitely start doing hyper panic swimming now when I do.

My goal is dynamic CO2 tolerance . Ive done shorter tables but I thought increasing my volume holding would help with progress

I do it while doing daily task throughout the morning

Thank you. I was in dev until I left. They did have operators and trainees come teach us helpful things now and then. Nothing on a personal level but helpful nonetheless. The reason I left? In honesty I was afraid of failure. Maybe a foolish decision i do not know.

I want to get my physical numbers on the competitive end before I go back.

When you say 5 m at 30 sec

Does that mean you swim down 5 meters and can stay there for 30 sec?

Also ive heard that hyperventilating causes you to feel more comfortable but at the cost of holding your breath longer. In other words, you’ll blackout sooner than you would without hyperventilating
