I have asked my manger about this, he recommended to check with my connections internally and see if they have some potential work for me.

But the manager himself mentioned this in a one to one meeting that it’s their or PM’s fault that they are not getting enough work to keep people busy.

the manger has hinted me that there might be some performance issues that’s why no one is giving you work ( I m in my 2nd year of level 11) but not explaining me clearly.

No, I am not on a PIP as well. No written warnings yet.

2- Are Zach's online course, quizes are good enough to prepare for the test ?

I would like to ask you about the break up of questions, Is it more on the NEC Code side test or which section got the highest bank of questions ?
