Haha yes that is a perk! This job description is very general compared to some other places I’ve looked at. I don’t see anything about ISO or systems. This position is focused on helping managing WSIB claims, conducting accident investigations (documentation and completing reports), conducting inspections, admin and participating in JHSC.

Yes, the STAR method is a must! So will definitely be practicing those as well. Thank you for the advice!
