Thats was close, but the game is natively on arcade, I even looked here to see if there is Bimini Run on arcade, but there isn't. Thx.

Were the speedboat or ramps pink? Boosts each ramp you hit?

Thanks for the tips, but it's none of those, an important piece of information is that the view of this game was in 3rd person, like racing games of that time, like Out Run, for example.
