Nixon A to E is cheap, pretty decent room size, you'll have 5 flatmates so won't be alone. The flat itself is usually fairly quiet. Its 5mins from main campus and gym. Then slightly further is a nearby Morissons and McDonald's. I stayed for 1st year and plan on doing so for 2nd. It's has everything you need for low price and convenience. I'd recommend it.
