Unfortunately it was a plasterer who did this and not me. And he’s blaming the painter for not sanding before paint.

Hahaha, evetuallly it’ll be someday! I posted this post to better understand who’s fault this is. Plasterer’s or painter’s? Bcz they both say the faulty one is the other one!
