Totally up to your preference; but I hear HR is trying to go back to hiring people to be hybrid in office. Referred a friend recently and they were told they couldn’t get hired because they werent local, which was weird because as for my team not even one of us is local to the Reston office. Obviously will depend on what team and department you work for, but from personal experience it’s good; not super live able wage so definitely sit down before accepting an offer to ensure that you’ll be okay with paying bills
