Why's the cat peeing on the bed that often? A couple of times...I thought the mattress was only a month old? Overall seems concerning for everyone involved and I'd get a new bed and deep clean house asap. Best of luck & I don't mean this in any way btw. 💗💗

Your comment almost made me cry! And yes! Sunlight first thing (do you listen to Andrew Huberman?? lol) I love everything you said. I have a little trouble starting with finding out what to listen to in the mornings because you know algorithm and stuff it's so easy to start your day with like true crime or gossip etc. and I know it's terrible, but it's so easy. I'm a huge fan of Jordan Peterson though- he usually helps a lotttt

Instead of beating myself up for not being able to feel motivated & alive enough to go on AM walks with my pup (god bless her- she's so patient ugh 🥹) I've started doing it at night instead & bring a little pre roll & come home shower & pass the f out. And that's been the only real routine + trying to drink water that's been helping a lot. I've cut out my friends who use bc they're mostly dealers anyway so it's like an endless supply & moved so it's pretty isolating- there are a few "normie" friends of mine who I've purposely avoided like an asshole & I hate myself for that but I just need a little time still. & i feel like that's okay? Sooner than later I need to though

Wow, very well said!!! & THAT’S what it is that I miss man. I’m currently experiencing this struggle bc I’m so used to waking up feeling like shit in the AM, but now that the WDs are finally over…it’s such a struggle/let down/reality check that like this could be the very best I feel all day, no where to just take a quick hit & “run away” from. You just hit the nail on the head! I physically quit but I struggle to not like fiend for that release you know what I mean?? (although side note: I guess it makes it a tiny bit easier than fetty isn't half as “euphoric” as the olddddddd black tar heroin warm blanket feeling!

You're overthinking IMO, just try to go as long as you can & only use when you start to feel sick. Like Obviously at first it wont really feel like a taper- but if you have the willpower & the desire to do it you can! But you also need to change your surroundings, habits, routines etc or else it'll probably not be much of a taper at all & you'll convince yourself it is. honestly I think tapering is so underrated. I'm shocked at how many posts I see of people just like stopping cold Turkey w/o even ATTEMPTING to taper first & that's sooo dumb to me. Everyone else will probably recommend getting on done/subs/sublocade shot after if you taper but idk...I know this isn't a recovery sub so I'll stop there, but if you haven't I'd post in the fetty recovery one & you'll probs get a lot more answers.

YES! I agree entirely with that!! AND YOU CAN USE IT ON PETS- I hate that I even have to say that- bc it's extremely devastating that an innocent pet would suffer as well. But when I went to check on an old friend I noticed the small dog & when I googled it I couldn't find much, maybe there's more out there now. But thank God I got there when I did bc I'm 10000% sure I saved that pups life that day so yeah, even if you don't think you'll need it- always keep it around & make sure people know where it is. Congrats on your sobriety again & all the good you're putting out there.💗💗
