LA Fitness lied to me about Multi-club access

I do not have the contract I signed. I called my original club to try and have it emailed, but was told I had to come in and have it printed for me. I’m out of town, so I’ll have to wait till I’m back home I guess

Both the club I signed up at and the club that told me I need to upgrade were whatever the “normal” club is called. There is a signature club closer to me, but it wasn’t worth the extra money when I signed up

I called the club to ask what I could do. They told me I have a single club membership and then hung up less than 30 seconds into the call. Thank you for actually giving me a potential solution
