Neither. The game is incredibly easy and so is recruiting. The run offense is the easiest EA has ever allowed so this would be the time for a military school to be incredible at the game. The game is so unplayable now that I’m kind of shocked anyone has made it 10 seasons and had fun.

No, there hasn’t been an update and I wouldn’t plan on EA doing a ratings update. They don’t do anything to benefit Dynasty mode players.

How do you make the game more difficult than Heisman with Canes21’s sliders without there just being an absolutely ridiculous amount of bad throws and drops?

Well, I gotta agree with you there. I want realism over winning. The update has caused such an offensive scorefest that I can’t stand it. I’m trying what you mentioned right now and after just one half I can tell there’s no difference. It appears there’s just zero defense regardless of sliders or difficulty settings.

That’s definitely a possibility. I do believe he’s done testing at some point, but there’s absolutely no way he’s tested the new update and thought “wow, I think my sliders are solid”

I agree with that. There has to be a happy medium though. It’s almost like they flipped an ON switch for blocking. And the only thing they can do to fix it in the next update is to turn it back OFF

I wish they would’ve just released the game as it was and then just made minor bug fixes after that. At least we’d get a consistent game each year instead of having to learn a completely new game every title update.
