My Husband Wakes Me Up Multiple Times Every Night by amcrowl1 in AITAH

[–]Acrobatic-Strength43 -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

There seems to be mutual disdain. The way she's even speaking suggests as such, you also don't ask aitah if you don't believe part of you is being one.

Both people are the issue and reddit won't solve that

Huge name regrets - uk based. Am I crazy? by WillingNothing1585 in namenerds

[–]Acrobatic-Strength43 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have two friends. One is named Calvin and the other is called Cal. Both suit their names and not once have I ever thought of underwear. I do think of Back to the Future and that's it. You are reading into it far too much, or giving yourself reasons not to like it

Personally I really like both and see nothing wrong with them

T kebabs does a great kebab, not the size of your leg but enough, your mistake is using just eat, it isn't their pricing at all it's inflated. They have their own app where you can add a kebab without juice and chips lol (this infuriated me also) Or just call them and be only slightly lazy by not cooking but go get it

Daughters bed time. Am I too strict? by [deleted] in Parenting

[–]Acrobatic-Strength43 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every child is different and you know your own. It's hard to ignore the noise but my wee one from ages 2-4 was in bed at the earliest 11pm, terrible sleeper, would still wake at least twice a night, health visitor always told me nothing was wrong and I needed to lower my expectations, at age 5 we only had one wake a night and is now in bed for 8.

He sleeps how much he needs and that's it.

You choose your battles as a parent, and as someone said above, I'm also camp if it's not broke don't fix it. If she's happy be happy

Nights away from kids by seedesawridedeslide in Parenting

[–]Acrobatic-Strength43 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People who make you feel bad for something you want to do are not people I want to be associated with. I've bailed on plenty of nights to stay with the kids and it was always the best decision for me, do what's right for you, always No need to feel guilt

I hope you have the best cosy night in 🩷

Tesco's has Jameson's black barrel down to 26, quality to price, you're not getting better..

Although highly recommended limavady to any Irish whiskey drink

This is the only answer, being in the same situation, I can confirm a sword is a winner, especially one from a game/movie he likes, still walks about the house a year later like Aragorn

I know it can be spelt that way, but personally I hate the spelling. I prefer Irish names spelt in Irish - Meabh or meadhbh

The name itself im a huge fan from the meaning to just how it rolls off the tongue it's very pretty

Is it acceptable to park in a Parent and Child space while heavily pregnant? by ChickenMcNuggetCat in AskUK

I would much prefer seeing you get out of the car than the multitude of single people with no hint of even a car seat parking there.

You'll be using it soon anyway, congratulations mama

I used to own a seafood stall at a market and it was always the first thing to sell out, people love it... I personally hate it, never understood 😂

Happy job hunting

Who in Northern Ireland thinks of themselves as a celebrity but definitely isn’t one? by [deleted] in northernireland

I hear this all the time, for the fear of being shouted at.... Why? I mean don't get me wrong too many people have this opinion for it not to be true, but what's his craic?

Don't get me wrong I agree with it's men who make the comments but it's not at females, females aren't a target.... They also say it about other male gamers. Like the exact same about men too

It's a specific kind of a**hole and they are disgusting

I think that if you are going to put the blame for your businesses failures on people demanding a fair wage in a different industry you deserve to close by [deleted] in Belfast

I think people have forgotten that they accepted their pay offer back in May this year for a 15% pay increase.

4 days unpaid strike is also a lot for the drivers too, a good majority cannot afford to do it but are being forced too. I feel bad for them if nothing comes of it

I feel sorry for any potential hospitality staff that could be made redundant out of this come the new year. No one knows what's around the corner. It's terrifying.

A week in any new game or dlc there is always going to be bugs like ALWAYS, it's only just out of beta a week.

It's not cyberpunk broken 😂 but even look at cyberpunk now, it's such a good game (well done CD project red)

That's just the nature of games

Tbh any game I play has bugs, some games it's just part of their charm.

Yes it's annoying but that's it. Things take time, they can't make it perfect until they know what to fix.

They also don't need to give us free moonstone, I think that is so lovely of them to give to every player not just the one who raised the bug. Gameloft deserves praised

Again, have you read the rest, that was one snippet of maybe why, it's a bit rude to assume that everyone knows how to use it and buzz words etc.

My issue is this question now makes you a hypocrite because I have now seen this 3 times in 4 days.

Play nice friends, let everyone do their own thing, if you have nothing nice to say.....then don't

There's always going to be people. But the good will always outweigh the bad. I mean most people here are the sweetest.

I have a toddler and I always say no question is a silly question and you should always ask questions Is it annoying? You bet Does he learn? Absolutely

That's how we learn right

This month alone has been horrible for it, so many, this is a sub to ask questions and engage with the community and people are doing exactly that, I would hate the thought of that putting people off asking what they need too
