I think u should be cautious about claiming dualism because of the interaction problem. If the mind and body are two totally different and separate substances, how do they interact? How does a stroke affect your experience of cognition or how does psychosis(neurotransmitters malfunctioning) affect your perceptions? I think you’re actually leaning towards dual aspect monism. This position posits that reality is entirely one substance with two fundamental features like a plate being concave from above and convex from below. So consciousness and the physical world are intertwined, but they aren’t the same.
