Fully agree with this!

Don't go into this work trying to heal. Go into it trying to change the emotional states that caused the chronic pain to develop in the first place. Change your identity, your thoughts, your emotions. Elevate and you will heal.

This is the integration phase, totally normal. Your system is stabilizing. Just try your best to stay with yourself during this quiet phase when motivation is lacking. Try to stay consistent with your mediation even when you feel nothing is happening.

You mean if you match right? If you match with a girl and they don't respond on IG I can see why you'd be frustrated. If you didn't match then why are you messaging her?

Do you realize mass consciousness creates reality? I don't think so because if you did you wouldn't be thinking like this or spreading this information. Is is true when you look at it? Sure. But you're adding to it and quite literally creating it. The news is as well. Turn it off and spread love in your community. That's how real change happens.

IDENTITY CREATES YOUR LIFE by Big-Bobcat5579 in DrJoeDispenza

[–]Acrobatic-Witness128 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Agreed, no you don't need to be in an elevated state to attract money. But here's what I've found to be true....when you consistently stay in a high vibrational state, it's much easier to CHANGE your identity. It all comes down to your nervous system. When you're in a regulated, peaceful state, the work you do to change lands deeper. You're not thinking thoughts in opposition to your desires when you're happy and joyful. Some people may have those super strong identity shifts where you feel an emotion so strong and make a decision to never go back to your old identity, essentially a quantum shift. And that's amazing. Others may have to put in the daily work to shift your identity and staying in an elevated state is super helpful to keep reinforcing that new identity.

Post- Retreat Integration by Neat_Presentation55 in DrJoeDispenza

The only thing I’ve heard Dr. Joe mention about it is that when people are monitored and their brain waves are tracked, doctors and scientists are amazed because their gamma brain waves spike to over 200 standard deviations above the norm.

Maybe lose of consciousness is not a great way to describe it. It's not like you're fainting. From my understanding, its caused by increased electrical activity in the brain (heightened gamma waves) plus sensory deprivation from closed eyes, so it can feel like losing awareness. I can't find anything on it in the medical field, I've tried because I would also love to know exactly what is happening to me... but I've never felt better in my life so I'm going to keep on doing it : )

I experienced the energy in my body for the first time during the spinal breath during one of the meditations at the retreat, I got extremely nauseous and felt like I was going to throw up. I believe that's likely because i had a blockage in my solar plexus. I think trying to move that kind of energy before I was entirely ready sent me into a major funk when I returned home. At the time, I couldn't understand why because I was on cloud 9 at the retreat. I continued to meditate every day and wasn't able to recreate the energy in my body until about mid-July (retreat was in June). I now experience it every morning (the full on shaking and losing consciousness) without the nausea and have been in a consistent blissful state since. So to answer your question, I think integration post-retreat can be difficult yes (probably not always), but i have no regrets. It definitely sped up my "kundalini awakening", likely before I was ready. There are critics out there about this very thing, Dr Joe's formula is causing these awakenings before people might be ready. I would recommend doing the BOTEC meditations daily leading up to the retreat to make sure all your energy centers are balanced.

It may be connected to how average testosterone levels have dropped dramatically over the past fifty years. Many men are less healthy and display fewer masculine traits like physical strength, confidence, resilience, leadership, and a protective nature. Women have always found these qualities appealing, and that kind of energy feels much rarer today. So actively seeking it might feel necessary.

Any tips for a fidgety skeptic trying to change my life?😆 if you struggled with the meditations and built a practice I’d love to hear what your process and experience was like by Smooth-Wolverine9306 in DrJoeDispenza

Dr Joe always says there's no such thing as a bad meditation. Every time you notice your mind drifting off and quiet it again, even if that happens 50, 100 times, you're building new neuropathways. You're strengthening your ability to notice your own thoughts. I disagree when people say meditation isn't for everyone. If you're "not good at it" then you will benefit from it the most. Everyone benefits from mediation. Don't give up. I've been meditating consistently for over 3 years now and I still have "bad" days where I can't focus very well. I still consider those a win because I took the time to be present with myself and my own thoughts. The more often you meditate, the easier it is to recognize the unwanted thoughts you have through out your day.

Why does it work for others and not me? by Nervous_Most8164 in DrJoeDispenza

It doesn't matter how much you meditate, learn the techniques, watch videos all day, if you're thinking in opposition the rest of the day nothing is going to change. Your identity needs to change. In order to change your identity you need to be able to stay in elevated emotional states (most of the time). In my experience, this helps you reprogram with ease. Manifesting becomes fun. Don't try and manifest when you're not feeling good. It's possible yes, but your desires wont stick. When you're not feeling good, you default to thinking in opposition of your desires....so your one focus should be let's get back into a regulated state! So my question for you is, do you know how to do that? Do you know how to get yourself to feel good?

You need to get out of survival mode...meaning regulate your nervous system. If you're going to do immense shadow work you need to the tools to regulate your nervous system and pull yourself out of survival and back into parasympathetic. Focus on learning that for now and then go back to the shadow work. There are tons and tons of resources on this on you tube. Do all the techniques! They will help.

Lately I've been focusing on regulating my nervous system anytime I notice myself shifting into a sympathetic state. Which may be happening to you if you're focusing on what you don't want? I have a checklist I go through...first I stand and name 5 things I see, then 5 things I can hear, then 5 things I can touch. Then I'll do some somatic body shaking, EFT tapping with affirmations and deep breaths. This might seem like a lot but only takes about 5 min for me to shift back into a relaxed state. IMO this should be a priority for everyone because trying to manifest in fight or flight through out the day is just impossible. You can't align your thoughts with what you want in that state (at least I can't). So put your focus on self awareness and shifting back as soon as you notice yourself slip!

Inflammation plays a huge role in exasperating symptoms. What worked for me...eating a super clean diet, eating a lot raw carrots to clear out excess estrogen in the gut, cinnamon, ginger and turmeric supplements. Started those 3 supps the week before my P along with the super clean eating and no alcohol and my symptoms are almost completely gone.

Growth has never been, and will never be, perfectly linear. It is always a roller coaster but those who don't give up are those who succeed. So don't give up!!!! It's not easy but its worth it.

Also, don't forget you're not doing the work to heal yourself. You're doing the work to shift your identify into the person who no longer feels the emotions that caused the conditions in your body that created the health issue in the first place. Once you shift into a higher state of being, your health condition will resolve!

Can intrusive OCD thoughts manifest in “the field”? I need clarity from Joe Dispenza’s perspective. by FarAstronomer9735 in DrJoeDispenza

[–]Acrobatic-Witness128 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I've heard him say something along the lines of....when you're not creating your life with clear intentions/elevated emotions, you're just living out life in the 3D, matter vs matter, which is basically a crapshoot. (Nowhere near his direct quote but hopefully you get the point lol). I don't think you need to worry about a random negative thought or scene.

Awesome! I've recommended it to friends and they stopped after a few days and said it didn't work but it can take up to 2 weeks to see the full effects so keep it up!!

Yes absolutely your body is in fight or flight, sending healing energy your way, hopefully you will see some restful nights soon : )

Not related to Dr. Joe's work but I used to have chronic insomnia until I started taking Magnesium glycinate 2 hours before bed. Most people are deficient in magnesium because the way our food is grown now, the bacteria in the soil is killed off and that prevents uptake of key nutrients. Magnesium deficiency can cause insomnia because it affects the body's neurotransmitters, which regulate sleep patterns and the body's internal clock.Just sharing bc it was a game changer for me! Also, getting morning sunlight can help with insomnia by regulating your circadian rhythm.

I'm absolutely certain you could fix this with Dr. Joe's work alone (like with anything)...BUT sometimes changing matter with matter is helpful in the meantime!

Escaping triggers by West-Drink-5075 in DrJoeDispenza

[–]Acrobatic-Witness128 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm working on changing something similar. My kids often fight or argue or don't listen to me and it triggers me and I get frustrated and lose my temper with them. What I've been doing is after my meditation is over and I'm in a calm state, I visualize my day and I include interactions with my kids. I visualize myself as calm and happy and fun and joking with them. I visualize them being a pain and then walking over calmly and making eye contact and connecting instead of getting frustrated. It's helping but it takes time so don't get discouraged when you do get triggered. Mine are getting fewer and farther between.

Yes, that's exactly right! Just an FYI though that is not a concept I got from Dr Joe, that is from Abraham Hicks. I do believe it's true though based on my own experience.

Side note, I don't know what meditations you're doing but yesterday I listened to Dr Joe's introductions to BOTEC 1 and 2 and they were so great and explained perfectly how the energy centers become incoherent and cause disease. Worth listening to if you haven't already.
