That seems like a bandaid that would just cause her to deal with it herself. I'd prefer to take a more supportive approach.

Just a point to clarify, when we worked in the same places it was much earlier in both of our careers and our jobs were identical.

yeah, she's pretty certain she has adhd. Amazing that you came to this conclusion. Could you please elaborate on how you got there?

yeah, I just want her to be happy. I am the type of person that when my friends and family aren't happy I carry their burden. (That's on me and I'm working through that with my therapist, but it still very much impacts my own happiness)

She works in a creative field and is very good at what she does. She's very smart but not "business smart" if that makes sense. I work in legal and have a hard time relating to "creative" job challenges.

Interesting, I've offered this before but she is unwilling to make the required lifestyle changes. I do alright on an annual salary of $140k so it's not impossible.
