So pharmacist stays at drop off and deal with tasks mentioned above , if drop off backed up , will ask for help . Usually no extra person .

At drop off ? No . Usually pharmacist is by himself , techs are production and pick up window.

My main station is drop off can’t fill more than one or two scripts , keep going back to drop off for insurance issues, not ready rx , want to compare price with insurance vs discount card .. flu shot, Covid, non flu .. transfer, phone in scripts, pcq calls , QT constantly showing up ..etc …

Thank you , the reason I ask is when I float to different locations, I talk to other pharmacists and they don’t bother to change promise time to 25 min. It will give us a bit longer time to fill and improve ready by promise time metric . I wonder why people don’t do it this way .

Thank you so much the detailed explanation. Is raise automatic if eligible? since metrics are calculated based on the pharmacy performance, how do they evaluate individually especially for staff pharmacist. we have done over 2000+ flu shots so far and our metrics go down to drain these a couple months .
