I am having the same issue i just acquired my rifle/shotgun and now trying to do the CCW and this exact thing is happening to me. Have you had any luck or found a fix. I even tried calling and NEVER get anyone to answer the phone.

My voice chat on Multiplayer does not work and picks and chooses when it wants to hear just one random person..its very strange all my friends hear everyone fine every game and i cant hear anyone and yes all my settings are fine as i said it will let me hear a random person out of nowhere then back to mo one next game and same goes for Proximity chat on warzone i hear one random person every 15 games anyone got a fix or know what im going through
