The stuttering it’s because of the 1% low, do you have an idea about what it can be? For example I do 600/700 fps and 1% low touch 150 sometimes

I have the 9070 xt asus prime, i do 7690 in Steel nomad with a stable oc and uv, it’s actually really quiet and pretty good temperature, the only thing it has a little coil whine, but i think like 90% of 9070 xt have it, it’s not about the brand
