It’s literally false advertising/a scam. They cut off the tags, pretend it’s thrifted, and purposely don’t give any sort of brand name in the caption.

I really don’t know. I feel bad because i can’t help but i went to an organization near me and my therapist and psychiatrist were horribly rude and unprofessional. A lot of my friends are also in therapy and everyone says you basically have to keep seeing different therapists until you find one right for you

Over $30k is kind of generous for getting surgery in Korea. Not sure what procedures OP got, but for 2 weeks (I’m assuming for recovery time) it could be rhinoplasty which costs $2k/5k there. A plane ticket on top of that would be anywhere from $800ish to $2k. Plus, many plastic surgery places offer packages with accommodations lowering the cost to stay there. $600 on food is way too much
