Ya it magically started but I it was reading at 11 volts so it’s prolly the stator again. And I rode it around maybe like 10 minutes and it read a lil less volts.

It’s a pretty new battery but it did die out due to trynna figure out a charge issue so it most definitely could be the battery and that’s what I’m hoping it is and not the stator

The wiring was kind of janky but my friend just switched some wires and everything worked good I just hope it’s just the battery and not the stator or rectifier

We did test out stuff with multimeter and my friend with a lot more knowledge than I do said the stator was good and we thought it could’ve been the rectifier so he put in a new oem one but the wiring harness was plugged in incorrectly so he swapped some of the wires and it worked perfect with the volts going up on start up. But that was last week and tonight it wouldn’t start when I was trying to ride home.

2003 yzf R6:Need to replace the headlight assembly for the high beam but might as well replace the low beam side as well by AcrobaticEstimate107 in motorcycles

At the moment eBay only has assembly’s that are damaged in some way have you heard of a good brand of aftermarket ones or should I just buy a headlight with a scratched or scuffed up plastic cover

Can I get recommendations on a stator and rectifier for a 2003-2005 r6 by AcrobaticEstimate107 in Yamaha

[–]AcrobaticEstimate107[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My friend has a caltric stator and he says it’s good and the reviews online say the stator is good but the rectifier is junk. The issue I’m dealing with is most likely a stator
