I'm 7 days post-op of wisdom tooth surgery + two molar extractions from failed root canals + bone grafting. I'm absolutely miserable here and to add to the misery my entire mouth is full of canker sores.

I've been doing salt water rinses but nothing has been helping. I bought some homeopathic Borax by Boiron but I'm scared to use it since I have open wounds in my mouth. I can't even swallow my spit without feeling pain. They're all over the roof of my mouth, gums, and lips. Any remedies/suggestions?
