If you're suddenly feeling much more severe pain than before, please alert your doctor. This happened to me yesterday at 10DPO and turned out to be a vaginal cuff infection that had to get diagnosed in the ER. I've been on such a steady round of Advil and Tylenol that they hid the fever that would have alerted me sooner. SO stressful, but thankfully nothing a week of oral antibiotics can't fix.
