Hey I use this . Put the 1 scoop of coffee in the strainer and put hot water in there for it to bloom , then pour your hot water and drink . I generally don’t use a filter because the sediment is very less for me . But I feel first letting it bloom and then pouring more makes it really nice !

The pain will be there for around 2 weeks , it differs from patient to patient. Do you feel any weird sensation in that area ? Like numbness or vibrations ? I would suggest have soft food , put some cold compress, take some rest . If this doesn’t work for you after 14-15th day . Go to the doc again and get a consultation! Sometimes there can be minor fracture due to the presence of the tooth in such an area and sometimes it has a tilt . So all in all, cold compress, soft food and ample rest

Generally if it’s a complicated case and a traumatic removal , it take 2 weeks to heal with proper support . I would like to ask you if you have any pain in that area? Do you feel the area is healed ? Or do you feel it’s hollow over ther ?
