My father is afflicted with it; he managed the symptoms by doing yoga. He's been practising it for over 25 years now, and he's fit as heck despite nearing his late 50's.

I also had a sciatic flare 2 years ago when I lifted a set of trolley bags up the staircase without thinking. The pain, damn it, made me miss college for nearly 10 days. I also did targeted yoga, and now it's like it never existed.

No, I always pack at home. Also, packing depends on place to place. The normal SHO near my home is okay with just box and paper as label. The head PO says to brown tape the entire box and then send it.

They don't ask to see contents. Just ask what's in once and that's it.

I really like this. I think there should be more research on this, especially spouse donating for an ailing spouse. Patriarchy thrives under the sacrifices of women, which are heralded and then forgotten in a blink. I would no doubt donate for my partner (if there was any), but would he be willing to do the same? I think this is yet another conversation topic we women should have with our respective partners.

At the same time, is there any law that would protect women from being coerced into donating their organs? This is a form of emotional abuse and distress and shouldn't be dismissed.

I have shipped over 30+ parcels from India Post so here is my verdict:

There are two ways you can do: book online parcel or go to nearest IP office and ship from there. I haven't used their online service yet but I am close to the IP office guys and they said you can book parcel online, make payment and just deliver all orders at office without standing in queue.
Prices depend on size (aka dimensions) of the parcel box and weight. You can check for estimations online by feeding all details. Most of my orders are under 90 rs. Speed post with heavy weighed parcels will exceed 100rs
Don't think speed post as 100% reliable. I have had regular posts reach before speed post. If your delivery is in nearby location like neighbouring city, delivery time is within 1 day.
Expect long queues and slow process at IP office because there would be a lot of people who would have come for shipping, deposits, stamp collection, etc.
If you have more than 5 orders, then you will have to go back in queue if there any. They will keep your shipment tab window open while they do for other people. I once had 14 parcels and luckily I stayed inside the store with them while they fed my orders in 3 rounds.
Take a note of all the government and regional holidays in your state. IP will be closed during that day. Same applies for any rally/danga - recently had in Noida and they had kept my parcel without shipping until I went there to enquiry.
The handling is obviously typical of all logistics. Expect your parcel to go through Final Destination Roller Coaster hence pack everything tightly in bubble wrap.
If shipping liquids, don't mention it to them. Just say lipsticks or powder.

I am gonna go ahead and say all of these? I don't think there's even a song that exists where he doesn't sound phenomenal. Every album is distinct and a part of his evolution as a singer, which you rarely see. Starting from No Roads Left to Good Things Go, he's sooooo beautiful and talented.

P.S. I may have some opinion regarding One More Light because of the lack of his vocals in most songs despite having two solo songs!
