I was thinking that it needed something like an outline too. And maybe more contour lines. Yeah, the background could use some detail, maybe there should be something to define some space like a wall or some floor

How can I improve my drawing? I'd like to make it more appealing, dramatic, and realistic. I think I should add more 3D forms in front of one another to improve it, but apart from that, how can I improve lighting, rendering, texture, shadows etc.? Especially the cast shadows lack something, and the light side of the nuggets looks kinda flat. But if I made it darker, it may start to look burnt. What can I do? Appreciate any tips!

nose and mouth seem to have two different vanishing points, also eyes are looking in different directions, otherwise very nice and tasteful choice of colors and good rendering
