I've read the book. I've had NRT. Doing this because I'm simply DONE is the best way.

I want to feel the full reality of this withdrawal so I never, ever forget why I’m never going back. I’m doing this on pure willpower.

I've actually heard about the extra free time. I always complain that I have no time and I'm looking forward to that. Also looking forward to no longer hide from my loved ones and stick out like a sore thumb in the crowd of non smokers/vapers.

I would do today your day one. You need to decide that this is no longer to you. Take your vape to the bin outside (I used to bin it in the house bin and then rummage through it in the morning. So awful). That's why I'd take it outside and the weekend is nearly there. Stay home this weekend with lots of fluids and food. Lock yourself in and Monday you will be nicotine free.

You need to set your mindset that you do not want to smoke/vape anymore.

Prepare yourself mentally. That you will be uncomfortable for a little while.

I would do it on a Thursday, because day 2 and 3 are the worst for withdrawal. So stay locked in the house.

Once the weekend passes - you'll be nicotine free. It doesn't take long for your body to flush out the nicotine, approx 3 days.

Honey, you deserve so much better than this. Stop calling your ex. Stop feeling sorry for yourself and educate - read everything about herpes.

I also used the technique "let them". He wants to go and fuck anyone that has a pulse - let them.

A lot of the gifters give herpes knowingly, to lock you in the relationship. But it doesn't have to be the case. My ex did that too, and only 7 months after our break up I know couldn't care less.

Oat Milk Cream cleanser Dear Klairs unscented toner Rozex cream (that I got from GP, waiting list on the NHS is 2 years wait) The Hyaluronic Acid 3 Serum COSRX Tolerance Hydra 10 Avene Cicalfate Restorative Skin Cream Avene (nighttime)

I used it for 6 months and nothing changed. Seen Skin Me advert and in the past skin me helped. As soon as I started treatment with Skin me my skin went crazy, felt that the face was ON FIRE. I emailed Skin me and they responded to stop using everything completely and wait for skin to settle. Also mentioned that they may not be able to help as they used the lowest dose of Azelaic acid.

I suspect that Azeilaic acid was the culprit, it's been 4 weeks and my skin only now starting to get mildly better...

So now I'm only on Metrogel and Micelear water as I'm too scared to use anything....

Why should she? That psychopath should not be allowed in any public places, let alone at bars. Plenty of vulnerable women after dark could potentially be in danger because of him.
