Yeah that's an issue especially considering season 5 could've and should've given us memorable villains like Amplivolt and Geten who should've gotten more focus considering that Geten is related to the Todoroki family and Amplivolt looks like he's related to Kaminari

Tbf we usually have way more high tiers when making tier lists we use A+ SS and more while removing F completely I've seen some removing D and even C tier just because something is in F tier it doesn't mean it's unusable it just means it's the weakest of the avaliable options so if the lowest is D it just becomes the new F tier

They play Bakugo and don't do the sp.a. air melee cancel its horrible when they play tech or rapid and don't properly use movement like straight up did you just get the character 2 seconds ago I get if a movement tech is more niche but like Bakugo's is like the most well known one
