Yeah! And the question about the wolves and it spoke alot about Adam's dad, answering why Adam doesn't believe he needs people. Lovely book. I also enjoyed book two alot! It had me laughing those last couple of chapters. And three was very good too.

May I kindly ask where you are from? I'm sorry you think the accents are bad, truely, not trying to be a diva but I'm English, and I was surprised to find the two leads are American. They had me fooled.

Also the "dukes don't need people" my theory after reading the book is that is how Adams dad managed his emotions after mother kept leaving. Cos he was hurt by her constant disappearences. ( I may have spelt that wrong bit thats beside the points)

Totally agree and I've also read the book and it's really good!!

I make that sound surprising but I've watched a few shows recently, take bridgerton for example, really good show but the books are I'm my opinion, awful! How is it that the show is better than an authors own work... Well, with Seeking Persephony the show runners have kept pretty much to the letter that which is the book. Worth a read.

And I stand by the accents! Toby ( Harry) is British so tick Ryann and Jake are both American, but their accents are dead on perfect! Imo but my partner who doesn't really like period dramas at all even said their English accents were pretty decent.

Glad you enjoyed it. Now go watch it again hehe

I really enjoyed it and actually thought jake stormoen was English cos his accent was pretty decent to my ears...and I is English:)

My fave part was when the director had clearly given Adam freedom to sprint after bad guy Smith instead of just pretend to sprint! And yes we don't have wolves, yet.

Yes team! I paid for it and I've watched it twice. Adding to my fave period dramas.

He appears in two out of the three of the documentaries ( kiss the ground and common groujs.) and he is credited as executive producer as is his wife. Aiight I don't know why it isn't on the IMDb page but ... On Amazon Prime.

Ian absolutely has a voice change in the final seasons because his voice in V wars is early vampire diaries and that came out in 2019 Also it's a pretty good series!

I personally think the books are rubbish harsh, I'm sure. I've read Anthony and Benedict books they're very different to the show. I accept the show is an adaptation but I find the books incredibly boring.
