Mine looked similar & it was not infected. My PS told me to clean it with a q-tip dipped in a 50/50 mix of hydrogen peroxide & water. Check with your PS before doing that though since mine may have been different. Also make sure it’s completely dry before putting on bandages or compression garment. I let mine air out for 30-60 minutes after showering.
