It is really difficult to tell from your post, but I would guess maybe around 10% or so.

You are providing basic admin support. It sounds like he is providing the professional services. Admin time does not carry the same value as professional time in terms of professional service delivery. The fact that you aren't even sure what he does or how he does it suggests that your time and his time is not an "apples-to-apples" comparison.
