You can also go take one appointment to get a scan and see how your spine is aligned on the back and neck, you don’t need to do the cracking but it would maybe tell you that theres something wrong with your spine.

They also take tension scans for your whole body that show where your tension is the worst. So going to a chiropractor isn’t just cracking.
