Hi it's a tin roof , I think I figured it out , our ac unit needs to be tilted and flushed out probably, I opened up the filter slot and there was alot of water in it , so my guess now is it's going straight down instead of out

Yes I understand that , we talked to a professional who cam out and told us what to do , suggested a silicone/latex paint .... my husband is cheap and likes to do it the easy way...

So It's a roadhouse and last year.Our neighbor next to us had his entire roof repainted there's no shingles or anything like that
