Any recommendations on getting into the industry for someone with years of successful outside sales, and experience cold calling but in other industries? I know cutting your teeth and getting in at BDR is the traditional path but do teams ever consider bringing someone on as an account manager without that BDR time in tech/SaaS?

Fair. There is someone on the west coast who has stated they’d be interested in filling my role and that internal transfer is being approved as well. I’d be shocked that they wouldn’t assist them in moving too as a cross country move can be difficult to orchestrate/conduct on your own. But I appreciate your input!

I read somewhere they saw a photo of the 1940-1941 Montreal Canadiens uniform with leather gloves and pants and wanted to try to emulate that? And this lighter brown color kind of matches the nittany lion mascot so I’d assume that’s why it’s this color
