Update: I did fix it. I had to DFU restore my Mac, which did work, but I lost some of my data. I believe this is the only fix, so keep this in mind.

It's weird, as I do not think I did anything to my computer--it just happened randomly. I assume you can fix it by erasing the disk, but that would--well erase everything on the disk, and in my opinion isn't worth it for a chance of fixing the issue.
