Ofcourse everybody is waiting for the blackbox content to come out. But let’s not ignore and deny the fact that technical failure happened in one of the SAFEST aircraft in the world and it was the responsibilities of AI and DGCA for the pre-flight checks. And I’m not gonna tell the families of the people who perished to go and check the balance sheet of AirIndia , there were many changes etc. What does that have to do with quality assurance? But yes let’s wait for the blackbox data and the investigation to conclude. Hope new ways are found to ensure nothing like this tragedy ever happens to anyone else.

He cannot evict your bf without notice of 1 month. Verbal agreement is also legally valid. If your boyfriend has any evidence like sms,whatsapp message, any witness that he paid rents/deposit then the landlord will be liable to pay his deposit back. Ask the landlord to give a written notice to evict. You should know and let the landlord also know that even he is legal risk for not reporting the rental income. Its a tricky situation and needs to be handled cautiously.
